March 13, 1974 -- November 10, 2023
Memorial Services for Douglas James Johnson, 49, of Little Rock, AR, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 25, 2023. Service will be held at Dillard Funeral Home, 738 East Oakland Avenue, Monticello, Arkansas; Rev. Andrew Bess, Officiating Minister.
Douglas was born on March 13, 1974 to his parents Elijah Hawkins, Jr. and Vearlean Cornell. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended school in the Dermott School District and later completed his GED. He enjoyed all sports.
Douglas passed away on November 10, 2023 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is survived by one daughter, Journie Johnson of Little Rock, AR and two siblings, Victoria Payne of Bryant, AR and Johnifer Roston of Monticello, AR.
Burial will take place at Davis Cemetery, Dermott. Services entrusted to Dillard Funeral Home, 738 East Oakland Avenue, Monticello, AR.
