Funeral Services for Mrs. Vessie Talton Demery, 90, of Little Rock, AR, formerly of Eudora, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2022 at the Dillard Funeral Home Chapel 137 North Front Street, Eudora, AR. Officiating minister, Rev. Lonnie R. Williams, Sr.
Vessie was born on July 23, 1931 to Jessie and Mahalia Talton in Wilmot, Arkansas. She passed away on April 2, 2022 at her home in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Mrs. Demery attended school in the Eudora School District. She completed her education and worked in the medical field as a Registered Nurse at St. Luke Hospital, Pasadena, CA. She loved reading her Bible and listening to various christian programs. She also loved baking cakes.
She is survived by five children, Bobbie Jean Talton of Eudora, AR, Charles Edward Demery (Taeitha) of Little Rock, AR, Mack Lee Demery (Keira) of Little Rock, AR, Ronald Ray Demery of Little Rock, AR, and Bonita Yvonne Demery Brown (Earl) of San Bernardino, CA.
Visitation will be announced later.
Burial will take place in Hill Cemetery, Highway 159, South, Eudora. Service entrusted to Dillard Funeral Home, 137 Front Street, Eudora, AR.
