LUCINDA "CINDY" COLEMAN

Funeral Service for Mrs. Lucinda Coleman, 78, of Parkdale, AR will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, March 12, 2022. Service will be held at Union Baptist Church, Parkdale; Rev. Shun Goodwin, officiating minister.
Mrs. Coleman was born on August 18, 1943 to Cleveland and Ethel Dortch in Parkdale, Arkansas. She was to married Clifton Coleman.
Sister Lucinda spent her days being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She also became a mentor to family and friends. She was an avid gardener and spent much of the summer canning and preserving the food she grew. Cooking was a passion she shared with everyone. She was known for her fired chicken and hamburgers.
Sister Lucinda Coleman was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel & Cleveland Dortch; also, LeMorice Dotch, Mazie Lee Combs, Charlie C. Dortch, Nelly Gray Johnson, Mary Allen Dortch, Mary Stella Watkins and Clazell Dortch
She passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Baptist Health Medical Center, North in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Stephanie Coleman; two sons, Michael Coleman and Maury Coleman; three sisters, Rosie Lee Thomas, Ethel Mae Campbell and Beulah Davidson; two brothers, Cleveland Dortch and Leroy Dortch; ten grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren;
Visitation will be held at the church from 11:00 to 11:45 on Saturday, funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Burial will take place in Zion Hill Cemetery, Parkdale. Service entrusted to Dillard Funeral Home, 137 Front Street, Eudora, AR.
