Sherry Jean Hicks

Sherry Jean Hicks, 53, of Dermott, AR was called to eternal rest from her earthly home on May 23, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Sister Sherry Jean Hicks was born on October 7, 1967 in Parkdale, AR to the late Elbert Hicks and Katie B. Brown.
Sherry was preceded in death by her parents Elbert Hicks and Katie B. Willis, and her brother Louis Proby, Sr.
She leaves to cherish her memories: three sons, Keith Burdett of Wilmar, AR, Micheal (Crystal) Hicks of Little Rock, AR, and Elbert "Des" Ross of Bryant, AR; two sisters: Josiephine (Herman) Redmon of Little Rock, AR, and Lois (Larry) Manning of Dermott, AR; one brother, Darryl (Felisa Watson of Marshall Town, IA; six grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles, aunts and friends.
Funeral services will be on Saturday May 29, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Central Community Church, 406 Annex St., Lake Village, AR 71653 with the Rev. Arthur L. Haney, Pastor & Gregory Eichelberger, officiating.
